- Monthly plans can be cancelled before renewal
- No partial month refund after service cycle begins
- Service access remains active through paid period end date
How to request a review
Send a written request through our contact page with the invoice or project reference and the reason for the request. We review eligible requests against the signed scope, work completed, third-party costs, and the applicable service cycle.
